Flu and COVID campaign Autumn/Winter 2024/25

COVID and Flu vaccination

If you’re eligible for your flu and COVID vaccinations, you’ll receive an invitation by text or be contacted by phone. If you’re housebound and would like the vaccinations, please let us know, and we will add you to the list for home visits.

When attending our clinics, please follow these simple steps:

– Arrive at your scheduled time.

– Wear loose clothing or sleeves for easy access.

– Let the vaccinator know if you’re receiving both flu and COVID vaccines.

– Do NOT attend if you have a fever or if you’ve tested positive for COVID in the last 4 weeks.

Vaccinated by school nurses (must not be booked at practice)

• primary school aged children (from Reception to Year 6)

• secondary school aged children (from Year 7 to Year 11)
