    They are your free, friendly and approachable local NHS service that treats common issues like depression, stress, anxiety and phobias using evidence-based talking therapies. Their service can be accessed face to face, on the telephone or online by anyone aged 18+. You do not need to be referred by a GP and you can refer yourself online by visiting our website. Alternatively GP’s and other professionals can refer you into our service.

  • 2gether Assertive Outreach Team

    2gether’s Assertive Community Treatment Service (ACT):
    Develops supportive and therapeutic relationships with service users with severe and enduring mental illness.
    Provides an intensive multidisciplinary package of care for people to facilitate social inclusion and recovery, and to provide support to carers.
    It aims to help service users achieve the best quality of life, acknowledging the problems imposed by their illness, and to support them within the community through home-based assessment and treatment.

  • CandO connect and Offload

    Gloucestershire Connect and Offload provides support to adults living in Gloucestershire who are experiencing mild to moderate wellbeing difficulties, such as anxiety, low mood or depression, including support for self-harm. We can also provide support and information to friends, family, carers and professionals.
    The Helpline provides anonymous confidential person-centred wellbeing support through telephone, text or webchat. The team will listen to you and help you navigate the most useful support for you at that time – whether this is emotional and or practical support. The team can access a wide variety of online self-care tools and resources and will be happy to explore these with you. If appropriate, we can signpost you to other sources of support both nationally and within Gloucestershire.
    The Helpline is available 365 days a year between the hours of 2 pm and 9 pm. We also have a dedicated Gloucestershire-based Clic online peer support forum to support adults with their mental health. Whether you have questions about mental health or want to share tips and advice, you are able to access this free online, fully moderated peer support forum 24 hours.
